'Oh Freedom'

We sang 'Oh Freedom in Choral, Four part Harmony today, including... Sopranos. Altos, Tenors and Basses. I was in the group which sang in Alto (Harmony)
“Oh Freedom” by Odetta
Oh freedom, oh freedom, oh freedom over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free
No more moaning, no more moaning, no more moaning over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free
No more weeping, no more weeping, no more weeping over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free
Oh freedom, oh freedom, oh freedom over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free
There'll be singing', there'll be singing', there'll be singing' over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free
There'll be glory, there'll be glory, there'll glory over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free
Oh freedom, oh freedom, oh freedom over me
And before I'd be a slave I'll be buried in my grave
And go home to my Lord and be free

The song 'Oh Freedom' was originally made for
Civil War African-American freedom song, often associated with Odetta, who recorded it as part of the "Spiritual Trilogy".
Honestly i didn't find singing in Alto wasn't really hard for me, as that is the harmony i always sing in while singing in Choral
