Fever, Dance Routine

Today during my lesson with Jo, we were adjusting and performing 'Fever' to are best ability. As within' the next week we are set to add on 4 bars of 8 to the dance piece Jo choreographed already, which is going to be apart of our Jazz Dance assessment. I decided to get my class mate to record me, as this would help me to figure out what sections I need to improve on, by for e.g. adding on more dynamics to emphasis the feeling of the music. Musicality is important for this piece or even for a dancer, as this would help you be able to tell a story to the audience watching. Listening to the music and the beats will contribute to me creating 4 bars of 8, as this would help me listen to the tempo and the mood of the piece. Helping me to being able to adapt my movements to match up to
the music, as it is a frisky, flirtatious type of song.
I enjoy this dance routine, as it is in my element
and I am able to adapt easily to the theme.
